I dont know how prevalent it is, but I often use the favorite button on the boards to express a general "yeah, I agree". If that is common. Maybe it would be useful to be able to favorite reviews as well?
Occasionally, I'm stirred enough to post a review, but I dont have the dedication that many of the reviewers do. Quite often they sum up what I'm thinking much better than I could (and favoriting is so much easier than going through the motions oneself - plus once someone else has said it better, it kind of feels redundant to post a whole review repeating what they said).
If the "I agree" thing is a common usage (and if many people are like me and basically lazy when it comes to reviews), then it might give Paizo an indication of just how strongly some product is liked/disliked in a different way than the current 'average number of stars' does.
