Ok, I'm building a half-orc Inquisitor of Gorum.
Has the following traits. Because of the Half-Orc Intimidate bonus, I won't be really worried about that too much with regards to traits.
Anyway, here goes:
Traits
Armor Expert, Memorable
Drawback
Attached
Anger Inquisition
Hateful Retort (Ex)
Divine Anger (Ex)
Feats
Level 1 Intimidating Prowess
Level 3 Power Attack
Level 5 Weapon Focus
Level 7 Cornugon Smash
Level 9 Dazzling Display
Level 11 Extended Bane
Level 13
Level 15
Level 17
Level 19
This game I'm getting together will go all the way to level 20.
Normally I'd shy away from things like multi-classing, but right now I'm wondering if it wouldn't be worth it.
My character will be primarily a front line fighter, using power attack, bane, and rage to really pound the enemy. The thing is, rage doesn't last that long for an Inquisitor. My guy would get essentially 16 rounds of rage + my wisdom bonus by level 20. I'm assuming that with charms etc, he'll basically be at 22 wisdom, so the bonus would be for a total of 22 rounds. That's not a huge amount of time, so I'm wondering if it would be worth picking up Improved Sunder and Destroyer's Blessing for my character. I'm also wondering if I should spend feats for rage powers as well, or maybe multiclass to Barbarian (Armored Hulk specifically) and pick up a few extra rounds of rage and the rage powers for 2-4 levels.
I've played inquisitor before, but never all the way up to 20, so I don't really know if Slayer and True Judgement are worth it. Slayer probably not, but True Judgement is pretty sweet all the same, so I doubt I'll really multiclass.
Still, should I just say screw it and instead pick up Extra Rage instead of using two feats to regain rage, and then use the other feats on Rage Powers? That doesn't sound like a bad idea either, I'll be honest. Yeah, by level 20 I'll have 28 rounds of rage only, but I'll still be counted as a level 17 barbarian for rage powers, which isn't awful.
For rage powers, what would you guys suggest?
I was thinking simplicity and effectiveness, because I'm probably only going to pick up two, three at most but that's pushing it, so maybe Superstition and then Witch Hunter. If I really want three, I could probably push for spell sunder. But that's pushing it. I'd probably just stick with Superstition and Witch Hunter.

Honestly, It sounds like you have a solid handle on this. I would skip spell sunder, and definitely wouldn't multiclass. Since you are going to be lower on bab than a normal front line furious focus to ignore the penalty on your first hit will make the first attack of the round hit as well as most full bab classes. Just a thought.

Very cool.
For a bit I was thinking Reckless Abandon might be a good idea, but then I realized I was essentially going to get hit every turn with that rage power activated, and I don't have the HP Bloat of a barbarian.
Alright, furious Focus, Extra Raqe, and Witch Hunter it is then.
I was wondering tho. This guy is going to be intimidating people like a mutha. Would Shatter defenses be a good feat to pick up? Maybe take that instead of something else, like Intimidating Prowess.
Essentially I'd have to take Extra Rage as a 1st level feat (as I have the Anger Inquisition tho I won't be able to rage until 6th level) and then from there take my other feats.
Might be a good choice to switch out with.
