That "touchdown" is a really unfortunate case of your device trying to spell for you, neighbor.
I don't think we can expect any planetouched that are part-aeon, because they're barely physical - more alien in some ways than qlippoth, even. As far as I know, Purgatory hasn't been set up with too much in the way of other outsider races a planetouched could derive from. (They're probably there, but there isn't as much demand for inhabitants of Purgatory as there is for fresh demons and devils to fight.)
The closest I can think of to what you want are the four elemental-themed planetouched introduced in Bestiary 2.

At the time I was using an iPad. That autocorrect can be SO annoying!

Edit:Totally didn't read the last line of Lincoln's post, my bad
I was talking more "outer plane" (LN, N, CN) as opposed to "elemental plane". However thank you for the help! :-)

Kobold Press's Dark Roads and Golden Hells has stats for lawful and chaotic planetouched, older versions of which are buried around here somewhere.
Golarion doesn't have a 'Concordant Opposition' really, so the closest thing to 'true neutral planetouched' might be Fetchlings (associated with the plane of shadow) or refluffed Dhampirs (which could be associated with the Boneyard).
