Sword Cane Pistol Finesse?

1) Is the Sword part of the Sword Cane Pistol usable with Weapon Finesse, like the Sword Cane?

2) Does the Sword Cane Pistol treat each end different, in regards to feats, like Weapon Focus?

For one, I'd say yes.
For two, I'd say it's different for feats.

I think for #2 no. They are double weapons, like two-bladed sword or Orc double axe

No, they don't have the Double weapon quality.

You price them as double weapons for enchantments, and masterwork or special material prices. That's it.

They are not double weapons.

Sorry, meant like double weapons. No, only one feat for proficiency, one for weapon focus. You don't have to take two weapon focuses for a Dwarven Uragosh, because one end is a axe and one end is a spear. So why here? That is just stupid. The exotic weapons proficiency covers fight with these weapons both as range or melee. The penalty for these firearms is if the gun breaks so does the sword/axe/hammer.

If there is no language that says it can be finnessable (rapier), or it isn't a light weapon, then it can't be finnessed.

Considering the description says it mixes a coat pistol with a sword cane, yes. It's no different than the Flambard and the Bastard Sword as far as I can tell.

Yes.

Assuming the Dagger end functions like any other Dagger pistol, it also applies, since a Dagger can be weapon finnessed.

Dang, I really want to know for sure if I can ever have an Agile Sword Cane Pistol, or even an Agile Pistol Dagger.
