Alright everyone....I Need You Help! I am going to be dipping my hands into the summoner for the first time ever and I have very little clue how to pull off what I want out of the character.
Concept:
Combat - Summoner who uses summon monster in combat. I want to make it rain crocodiles people! Yes I fully understand the groaning effect this causes among GMs but I feel I am knowledgeable enough and prepared enough to juggle all the extra creatures efficiently. Now I know that the master summoner is banned in PFS but I can still get very good utility and usage as a normal summoner with this strategy. As for my summoner, I would prefer to stay invisible and rely on my summons to solve my issues.
OOC - I have an eidolon....SKILL MONKEY! Since I will be relying upon my summons in combat I can really focus my eidolon on utility and skills.
Any help you have I will appreciate and steal. Thanks!

Power summoning summoner:
Agathion Aasimir Summoner (+2 Con +2 Chr Aasimir with Summon Nature's Ally II as a 1/day spell-like)
Str: 7
Int: 12
Wis: 12
Dex: 12
Con: 16
Chr: 19
Feat Chain:
1 - Spell Focus (Conjuration) 3 - Augment Summons 5 - Superior Summons
7 - Moonlight Summons 9 - Greater Spell Focus (Conjuration) 11 - Flagbearer
The spell-like ability opens you up to Moonlight Summons; which in turn gives your summons blind-fighting and treating all weapons as Magic. It also gives you nice stat boosts.
Use conuration spells as "crowd control"; at 1 you get the ever handy grease (DC: 15) to do when you're bored; eagle is your primary 1st - 2nd summons (3 attacks is nice). Get to superior summons quickly; then moonlight summons will come online just as you need to hit magic-dr guys. Meanwhile buff your summons and allies; and use Create Pit to get rid of troublemakers.
You win!

Welcome to the wonderful and cornfusing world of summoners!
Note almost all of my advice is already covered in the guide.Assumptions:
You have played a pet handler/summoner type class before.
You have read the Summoner Guide (Guide to the Class Guides in the Advice forum)
You are aware of the Eidolon-SM SLA interaction and multiplicity rules.
Based off of the SM SLA.
Basics:
Make your Eidolon a pseudo-croc (Quadraped with Evolutions like bite, swim...and eventually grab) so you always have a crocodile.
Feats you must have (no exceptions):
Spell Focus Conjuration
Augment Summoning
Superior Summoning
Crocodile is on the SM3 list. You gain access to this at 5th and the ability to summon multiples at 7th with SM4.
Leaves you plenty of wiggle room to develop in other areas.
Options:
Take Mount evolution and play a small race summoner...you can now ride your crocodile-eidolon.
Play human for that extra feat goodness.
Play half-elf for the +1/4 evolution bonus.
Play what you want, barring a -cha race it's pretty hard to make a bad summoner.
Most importantly: have fun. :)

Just so every one knows. I am not going to focus on summoning crocodiles, just on summoning multiple creatures instead of 1. Considering the strength of crocodiles though, there will definitely be a time when I do rain the down for a nice grapple fest.
Thalin - I thought Moonlight gave them silver and immunity to confusion etc. I know that Starlight gives them blind-fight and cold-iron. Are there any feats that gives the summons magic attacks.
Reredraw - I have skimmed the guide but not really sat down and digested it yet. Thanks for the advice.

I meant starlight, sorry
Benefit: Creatures you summon gain the Blind-Fight feat, a +5 bonus to Perception and Stealth checks in dim light or darkness, and their natural weapons are treated as cold iron for overcoming damage reduction.
and apparently it's sunlight that removes the magic, so I guess get that over Flagbearer
Benefit: Creatures that you summon shed light as a light spell. They are immune to blinding or dazzling effects, and their natural weapons are treated as magical for overcoming damage reduction.

If you really want to focus on using Summon Monster instead of using your pet, then look into which spells you can get from your summons. It really kills the action economy to get three spells for a standard action (plus a couple of meatshields). In this regard, do take a look at the Summon Good Monster feat, it is quite good.
For example, you can get a faerie (can't remember the name) that cast Hideous Laughter at DC 16 with a SM 2, now this might not be all that, but when you use a SM3, together with Superior Summons, you get on average 3 DC 16 Hideous Laughter for a standard action, plus three meatshields. Now that is useful.
Also take a look at the lightning elemental. The small version might not be all that strong, but it gets a +10 to most combat manoeuvres against people in metal or with metal weapons. So they get about +13 to CMB against most humanoid foes. Three +13 disarm attacks against an archer enemy is quite good, practically shuts every archer down completely. And if they succeed, they get to keep the weapon, as they are unarmed themselves...
On the Eidolon. A biped is probably best to start with, arms are just nice, otherwise a snake form is better for the increase in dex (Dunno how retraining works in PFS, that might be a solution, as IIRC you actually can retrain the base form). Small size is probably preferable, again higher dex (and better stealth and AC).
The usual skill monkey set is Perception-Stealth-UMD-Disable Device, which makes for a surprisingly good rogue substitute. Other fun things here would be the Antagonize feat, coupled with either Diplomacy or Intimidate, or both.
One item that can make the Eidolon useful in combat, even though it isn't build that way, is the net. With a high dex, it will have an easy time hitting most things, and it is a very nice debuff for most enemies.
