There is a chart somewhere that shows the progression, but I'm having trouble finding it.
I believe with that chart it also says that above colossal size you double the damage dice. However, as a DM I would slap the banhammer on that.
I've never seen any such rule. Can you provide a page number?
There is this:

Actually I found it on the d20pfsrd entry for Strong Jaw.
Laying a hand upon an allied creature's jaw, claws, tentacles, or other natural weapons, you enhance the power of that creature's natural attacks. Each natural attack that creature makes deals damage as if the creature were two sizes larger than it actually is. If the creature is already Gargantuan or Colossal-sized, double the amount of damage dealt by each of its natural attacks instead. This spell does not actually change the creature's size; all of its statistics except the amount of damage dealt by its natural attacks remain unchanged.
Which also includes the chart for base damage by size.
Unfortunately, there isn't a chart for increasing weapon damage beyond large, so we are forced to use the same scaling present in the natural attack chart.

The clearest source for this is part of the Improved Natural Attack feat on Bestiary p315.
Note: there is a discrepancy when going from 2d6->2d8->4d6 on Table 3-1 (people provided it above) compared to 2d6->3d6->4d6 for Improved Natural Attack but other than that discrepancy they should match up.
Start with the dice you originally had, start increasing step by step as the size increases.
Note: doubling should not be used since doubling is in fact 2 size increases.
