1.) Can a set of natural attacks combine with a full round of IUS flurrying instead of substituting?
2.) Can a set of natural attacks combine with a full round of two weapon fighting instead of substituting?
I'm wondering how this Monk/Druid will work out in regards to having all those natural attacks and his flurry.

The rules for flurry calls the fact that natural attacks can't be used specifically. The basic idea I think is that you are already getting extra attacks (at a rather steep price) with flurry. Adding more extra attacks would just be too much. You can see it as thus: A tengu monk could get 5 attacks at level 1. Think of what he could do if he multiclassed to rogue (sure, terrible to hit, but still a lot of attacks).
You can substitute IUS in a flurry if you get feral combat training though. Not sure how useful that would be, but it is an option. Maybe claw rend or on monsters with some special abilities relating to claws and able to take class levels?
