need to know what this weapon is a what it does.

I recently started playing again. I am gming once agian also. But there is a sword that I used before and can not seem to remember all that it does or its name. I know it is a longsword that is black and red. And I know it gives a -6 to hit. But other than that I can mot remember what it does. Can someone help me please.

Are you sure it gives a MINUS six to hit? Because that sounds like a horribly cursed item.

Could be a legacy weapon from 3.5? Some of those had negatives to hit, saves, hp, or skills for the bonuses you gained.
