Since it is a Swift action, sure.
However if you MOVE, you cannot take a full action and can only take a Standard action afterwards.
If you do not take a Move action, you can take a full action.
If you're thinking that the +20 movement applies to your 5ft Step, it does not.
What exactly are you planning? Just gaining the speed for step up, or tiger style suite?

Alrighty.
That would be a negative on that.
Burning the Ki Point to add +20 to your move literally just adds +20 to a move action that involves moving.
If you use a move action though, you can't take a full action. Simple as that :T
Using that Ki Point for +20ft Move won't be helpful if you're trying to flurry.
Spending a Ki Point doesn't allow you to full attack. You burn a swift action by using that Ki Point, and it simply grants you either +4 to AC for one round, +20 movement speed for one round, or one extra attack with a Flurry at your highest BAB.

we have about a month off on our campaign and since we got all the books now (only had core when started) we are allowed to retrain basically. so retraining to ape shaman/MoMS from basic druid/monk.
Im taking the time to really study the pathfinder game and learn how to do things, hence me bombarding this site with questions.
oh, and this is gestalt.
