Human Ninja(scout) 10, Pal 2 Whirlwind Build.

Advice

I am toying with concept builds for PFS and I'm contemplating a Whirlwind Attack build.

Something like:
Human Ninja(scout) 10, Pal 2
ST 18 +2 Human and +2 from levels, DX 14, CN, 14, IN 13, WS 10 +1 from levels, CH 14
Traits: Defender of Society, Lessons of Chaldira

Wear +1 Mithril full plate for 23AC. UMD Mage Armor

Feats
Power Attack, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack. Then Combat Expertise, Whirlwind Attack, Lunge.

Ninja Tricks:
Vanishing Trick, Befuddling Strike, Evasion, Forgotten Trick and Invisible Blade.
Start with (2) levels of Paladin for the saves: 10/10/8 without a Cloak of Resists.

The attack routine is.
Early: Use Spring Attack to gain flanks for Sneak Attack.
Late: Use Whirlwind Attack with a 5-foot step and Lunge to apply Befuddling Strike to as many enemies as possible using a Lucerne Hammer. Invisible Blade at level 12 to get in the sneak attack on each attack.

Paladins don't use poison, but neither to do I.
With Vanishing Trick - Sneak Attack only works on the first Whirlwind victim then you become visible.
I wish I had one more feat for Combat Reflexes. Maybe Ninja 10, Fighter 2, but then the saves suffer.
Invisible Blade won't be attained until level 12...a long time to wait for the build to mature fully.
Any thoughts on this slow rolling feat starved concept build?

can you even take the scout AT with the ninja class (does it have all the prereq rogue features to replace)?

Is it possible to "honorably poison" someone? For example, you want to bring them in for justice alive and, instead of straight out beating them up (and possibly killing them), you advise them at the start that you have Drow Poison on your sword (which only KOs them) so they can be defeated with the least risk of injury to them. You're honorable because you're stating up-front what threats you're bringing to the table and you're using possibly the least lethal poison available.

Yup. The Scout part is good for charging to gain sneak attack, but it's not necessary for the build concept. I've already canned this concept. If you want level 10 abilities in PFS you pretty much shouldn't multiclass.

I do think though that if you're going to level 16 - something like Rise of the Rune Lords - that this build would be viaable...and probably tons of fun.

I guess so, Kazaan. Hadn't considered it that way.
