This weekend, my lowest-level character should get to level 3, so I'm looking to get a new character started for playing in the low tier. But I'm stuck on what to play next. Here's what I have so far:
Dwarf Monk (Qinggong, Monk of the Four Winds) 9
Aasimar Cleric (casting focused) 7
Aasimar Oracle (Mounted, using a greatsword) 5
Halfling Ninja (Dervish-Dancing Bluff/Disguise specialist) 5
Human Alchemist (Trap Breaker/bomber) 5
Human Paladin (Sword & Board tank; I don't really like him anymore) 3
Wayang Fighter (archer) 2
I'm also putting GM credit on a new character who will be a blasting Sorcerer/Bloatmage
So what roles am I missing that I should try out? I'm intrigued by the idea of an inquisitor, but I haven't found a shtick that I'm excited about. Ditto on the Magus, or some kind of heavy-duty Barbarian or Fighter. I'm also interested in using an Elven Curved Blade (do any deities give the ECB as a favored weapon?).
Here are the requirements:
1. Since my GM credit is going elsewhere, this character has to be online and viable right out of the box.
2. I love skills. I'd say 4 total skill points/level minimum.
Any suggestions?

The one thing you seem to be missing is arcane casting. Even though you said you'll have a blasting sorcerer, also, pretty much all other arcane casting is missing. Controller, enchanter, illusionist, etc. Not sure what type of casting your cleric does, so maybe you've done enchanting and/or buff/debuff. So a wizard/sorc/witch that isn't blasting like your sorc would be an option.
Or have you considered a bard of some sort? I always have fun with them. Maybe look at the gnome prankster archetype from the Advanced Race Guide for some debuffing fun.
Speaking of debuffing, my other new PC that I'm experimenting with right now is a "bad touch" cleric. ie Front liner specializing in melee touch powers, such as chaos and/or madness domain powers, inflict spells, bestow curse, etc.

I considered an arcane caster, but keep in mind that this character is starting from scratch. Casters tend to be pretty pathetic at level 1 (that's why my Sorc is getting the GM credit). My cleric focuses on debuffing/control casting, and my oracle is all about buffing her Axe Beak. So I feel like I've got all the basic casting niches covered.
I did consider a bard. Specifically an Emberkin Aasimar (+2 INT/CHA), who would focus on Inspire Courage and call himself "The Physician"... Not sure if it's worth it though.
Most recently, I'm looking at an Inquisitor of Shizuru, for the Katana proficiency. Since there don't seem to be any deities with the Elven Curve Blade as favored weapon, Katana is the next best thing.

If you like skill points, someone informed me of the Tactician Fighter, he gets 4+Int Skill points and gets a few abilities similar to a Cavalier. He only gets Medium armor though. Combine that with the Elven Fighter Tim posted, might be up your alley. I've never done PFS so I'm not so sure what's legal and what's not.

My search for a deity that grants Elven Curved Blade came up empty, so I ended up dipping Fighter (instead of Cleric) with my elven Oracle for the martial weapon proficiency and free feat.. It seems wrong that no elven deity grants the signature elven melee weapon, but since Elves of Golarion is a 3.5 product that came out before the Elven Curved Blade, I understand why that's the case.
Inquisitors are fun if you go that route. I went the hardboiled detective route with mine. They are also fairly effective from level 1. They do involve a bit of math and getting the sequence of buffs down right (So many options and not enough swift actions to do them all). The Litany line of spells, Judgements, Bane, Solo Tactics, Wis to initiative, massive social skill buffs (and options on which skills get buffed with different archetypes or Inquisitions)... These are all things most classes don't have, and you're still effective in combat. If you want a character that buffs the party, go Bard. If you want a character that buffs himself, go Inquisitor.
