Touch of corruption and TWF

Hey, I'm designing an antipaladin NPC and I'm having trouble figuring out if she'd be able to attack with her bastard sword (exotic weapon proficient) and also attack with a touch of corruption in the same turn. Could she do it without TWF? With TWF? How about (really outside the box) if she took a level in magus and used spell combat? I just ask cause I honestly can't find anything on it in the RAW. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places. Help!

No you cant. Touch of corruption is a standar action you can not combine it with the FUll attack action required to TWF.

The magus option do not work neither. Touch of corruption is not a spell.

What level is the NPC? for the cost of a +1 enchantment, you can use any ability Su or SLA on a successful weapon strike for the cost of 2 uses instead of 1 for that relevant ability.

Specifically calls out channel smite and LOH damage options as viable and intended.

Conductive weapon property +1 bonus.
