I understand the two abilities granted by acquiring the Plant Domain, but why are the spells listed under the Plant Domain?
"Domain Spells: Domain Spells: 1st—entangle, 2nd—barkskin, 3rd—plant growth, 4th—command plants, 5th—wall of thorns, 6th—repel wood, 7th—animate plants, 8th—control plants, 9th—shambler."
Are these extra spells one can gain access to outside of the normal druid spells? Or is there some particular bonus to using these spells?

Cleric can choose two domains.
Druid can choose one domain if they give up there animal pet.
Cleric who chose a domain, can select one domain spell per spell level, and can cast this spell. ( The +1 entry listed on spell list chart is for this spell slot).
Druid who chose a domain over the pet, can select one domain spell per spell level and can cast this spell. ( There is not listing on the druid spell list chart for this slot; like there is for the cleric. But you do gain one extra spell slot per spell level to cast this spell.)

I'm sorry.. I'm pretty new to Druids and Spell casters. It's confusing for me too and I'm sure I'm not asking clearly :(
1.) So... I have a Domain Slot with spells in it along with my daily spells I prepare?
2.) So eventually I'll have 4 domain spells and 4 druid spells to cast every day?(Well... for my lower level spells as I progress into higher levels that is)
3.) Does my Wisdom modifier increase how many of those Domain and Druid spells I get per day as well?

Yes.

Domain spells, no. Druid spells, yes. There's a table called "Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells" in the ability score section that lists how many extra spells you get.
