Gaining the most benefit from Alter Self

Howdy. So I finally got myself a Greater Hat of Disguise, and can have Alter Self up whenever I want. Now - this means that if the form I pick has any of the following abilities, I get them: darkvision 60 feet, low-light vision, scent, and swim 30 feet.

I was curious - ARE there any creatures which have all four of these abilities? If not - are there any that have at least 3? Would love some input.

For 3 out of 4 you have the Sasquatch for medium size, and the charu-ka (ape man) creature for small size.
As for the swim ability, were-crocodile has some of them. There was one other water creature that gets dark vision, but not scent.

I have used the saquatch and charu-ka to great advantage for scent and the extra dex or str. As well as a free dark vision, instead of paying for goggles to see 120'.

Low light Vision and Scent can also both be found in the wererat/werewolf... which are both Humanoid creatures per the Bestiary.

They are also templated creatures, and polymorph effects don't allow you to take the form of a creature with a template. So lycanthropes are something you can not change into.

Bugbear:Common form and you gain two of the four (most useful ones)
Use another form for swim.
