I'm working on making a synthisist Summoner, who is intended to mimic the Magical Girls from animes.
The GM has also created house rules for the synthisist.
When I equip the Eidolon I only get my current hp in temp hp, the Eidolon's AC and any evolutions I can get. There is no base form. So no changing my physical stats, adding in more saves, or anything else on the eidolon's page.
Is there anyway to put together the magical girl.. Unicorn Humanoid is my race. I'm trying not resort to Natural attacks.

I take it your going quad? What in particular do you want out of it? to be a caster or something else?
You need flight evolution I think. Pretty Princess Pegasus transformation. That's got to be a thing right?
Celestial Appearance is pretty thematic I think. Good if you just want the defenses out of the deal maybe.

With a summoner, you summon up whatever with your SLA/eidolon and proceed to buff that whatever and your teammates and lay down some battlefield control, but your DC's aren't the best and it takes a while to do it well because of the six level casting. You get early access to some spells. Buffs/Battle field control, just like a normal caster.
Eidolon's/Synthesist usually fight by getting buffed by the summoner's spells and pounce charging the foes with several natural attacks while the summoner buffs him more and lays battlefield control. That 3/4 BAB stings a little much, so I'm not sure what other choices there are.

More than likely you will want to grab the feat that knocks down the summoning time for your synthesist armor. As I figure you want an excuse to say your activation phrase at the start of combat rather than morphing at the beginning of the day and staying that way. Having to stand there for a whole minute before you get the effect is pretty bad. Think the feat cuts it down to a full round action.
Two handed reach fighter as an eidolon is actually really nasty. Tack on the reach evolution and enlarge yourself and you can be stabbing folks with a spear from 15 feet away Likely will want to invest in a gore or slam attack for when folks break past your spear and yu cant hit them.. could also consider a reach weapon that doesnt have the limitations of that like a meteor hammer if you can find an extra slot for the proficency. The humanoid unicorn idea makes me immediate jump to doctor mcninjas sparklelord as a visual. You could also grab the shoanti tribesman trait if you happen to want proficency in gigantic hammer ,earthbreaker,

With you gms rules of you essentially becoming your eidolon im thinking the skilled evolution would open up for you, that being the case skilled evo on diplomacy would net you a +8 so you can love and peace the bad guys into neutrality towards you. Level 4 will net you evolution surge, lesser as a spell so you can add in that X immunity evolution when the black beast of horrible death by X shows up. The loss of the base form essentially means you get locked intoa choice of being a boss at melee or being the buff lord of buffington. This is instead of the normal synthesist who get to do both at all times.
Melee route means you want high physical scores to let you survive melee. Getting reach and Ac boosting evolutions will mean you can survive with a lowish amount of hp in most cases. High str and dex (combat reflexes and high reach), aim for a 13 or14 in charisma to let you cast spells and abuse wands for all they are worth to let you save your low number of spell slots for important fights. Mage armor and maxed out natural armor buffs will give you a decent ac. Might consider a paladin dip in order to make that charisma score shore up your not so stellar saves. Plus smites removal of DR is absolutely insane.
Unless the power level of your game is huge i doube you will have much issue with keeping up, you dont have the durability of a devoted tank but your ability to cast spells and buff your AC will net you enough to stay in the game. Sheet Is the current Idea. Shadow Form gives a 20% concealment, and cuts my melee attacks in half damage wise. Though.. that means ranged attacks are not so effected. I could use a simple ranged weapon until I can use martial one to avoid that. While enjoying a massive ability to avoid damage. Not to mention.. constantly being able to engage in stealth.
I might want to take Highlander to gain stealth as a class skill.

Oh I think I can... After watching PMMM my skin kinda crawls whenever I think of familiars. >.<
Incidentally, I was trying to develop the "Magical Girl" as a sorcerer alt class a few months back but never really finished it. In terms of other types of magical girls, I think there's also a good case to be made for Pact Magic (i.e. Celestial Wizards and Takeover Magic from Fairy Tail).

What if..
Alright for the Magical Girl Summoner - She goes down the route of an arcane archer?
With Shadow Form, her melee attacks drop in 1/2 damage, but she always has a 20% concealment. Which would allow her to basically HIPS pretty much all the time. 50% concealment if she is in not bright light.
