For some reason I'm hitting an empty spot in my brain on this question...
1.) If I multiclass as something other than Monk, does my Flurry of Blows continue to climb in regards to how many attacks I would get to make?
2.) If I multiclass as something other than Monk, does my Flurry of Blows continue to climb in regards to it's Flurry BAB?

2. Your Flurry of Blows BAB increases with the BAB from your second class(es). It does not increase at your character level.
For example, if you were a Monk 2, with a Flurry BAB of +2, adding a level of Wizard won't change your Flurry BAB. Adding a second level of Wizard will increase it to +3. In other words, it stacks as normal.

1. No
This is not quite correct. You will continue gaining attacks from higher BAB, but you won't gain any more additional attacks beyond the ones you've accumulated (at 1st, 8th, and 15th).
3) no, but there's a feat which lets you flurry with a single natural weapon instead of unarmed strikes.
4) no.
