touch spells

Rules Questions

Okay, so I gotta few newbie questions about touch spells.
Okay so if the spell is a touch spell, the person whos doing the spell has to actually be able to touch the target. If its an offensive spell, then said charecter rolls a d20 against their touch AC? If so, do they add their bab to this roll?
And about range touch. Are they basically the same as touch spells

For melee touch attacks, you roll a d20 and add your BAB and strength, then compare it to the enemy's touch AC.

For ranged touch attacks, you roll a d20 and add your BAB and dexterity, then compare it to the enemy's touch AC.

(Most spells and some class features that affect your attack rolls are also added to touch attack rolls.)

okay ty. Basically its just like unmagic combat.
Melee touch u touch the target and cast spell
Range touch, u dont have to go up and touch, its the spell thats gotta touch them.

Tyvm everyone
