You(the monk) is not the weapon. Certain parts of your body are weapons and since there are no called shots in Pathfinder it would not do you any good since there is not way to just damage an elbow or knee, as an example

You(the character) are still subject to electrical damage.

Basically the answer is still no.

edit:There are optional rules for called shots, but your body parts dont take damage like weapons do so they would still not apply.


Well, it would at least make you immune to taking damage from enemies that deal electricity when striking them with unnamed or natural attacks. Not sure how many of those there are and it seems like a pretty crummy weapon enhancement anyway, but there is that. And you'd get the save bonuses, extra damage to air foes, etc...


It needs to be changed to a +10...
