I used Nagagorjo, which was a suggested nagaji name in one of the books. I considered calling him Nagini, but I figured too many people would recognize it, and he's not even remotely evil, so it doesn't really fit.
If you really want to have some fun with it, you can come to the table for your first session and tell people, "My name doesn't transsslate well into your human tonguesss. But in our language, I am called Hsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss." Then wait for someone to come up with a nickname for your guy and let it stick.

Ananta Shesha
in Hindu Mythology, the Ananta Shesha, also known as the Ananta Naga, was referred to as the endless serpent that enveloped the world, and was the Hindu equivalent to the world tree Yggdrasil.
like the world tree was a euphemism for the universe, so too, was the endless serpent.
it is pronounced
Anne-On-Ta Sheh-Sha (the She part is pronounced akin to the e sound in Peck)

We have a Druid named Ssithis... I can't help but yell "Hail Ssithis!" At the table...
I always though Sithis was a really cool god. Closest I can get in Pathfinder is Achaekek.
They need to just go ahead and make an entire game based around the Dark Brotherhood.
I would throw ludicrous amounts of money at this game.

Cobra Commander?
Any sort of mythological serpent or serpent-associated figure, like Apophis/Apep, Tiamat, Jormungandr, Typhon, etc. could be fun to play with.
Tons of fun name options can be gleaned from this article. Phanin, Sarpa, Sesha, Kadru, Iravat, Aryaka, etc.
Of them, Sesha (which I think is pronounced Say-sha) sounds the most hiss-y and stereotypically serpentine.

This idea has to happen. O_O

You might take a look at the paper minis for Serpents Skull, particularly book 5 and 6 (The Thousand Fangs Below and Sanctum of the Serpent God). The lists of minis on the Paizo product pages include lots of Serpentfolk names that could give you some ideas.
Of course, they mostly have kind of an evil flavor.

We are working on it in PM mode so as not to derail this thread.

So while we're on the subject, I need a family name for my nagaji. His full name right now is Norowareta Nagagorjo. Norowareta is Japanese for cursed, so that's literally "Nagagorjo the Cursed".
His back story is that as an oracle, he was forced to abandon his family name and replace it with the word "Norowareta" when he started speaking the Infernal language of devils against his will as a child. But I never said what his family name was before that. Now I want to fill in that blank in his back story.
He comes from a family of simple farmers in a tiny village in Nagajor, so it should be some sort of name that would fit that theme.

If you are using Japanese as a base language for part of his name (the Cursed), you could use the Japanese word for viper, Mamushi, as his family name.
More Indian-sounding names, perhaps more relevant to the naga-descended nagaji, can be found in all sorts of places online.

I like this one. I went with the Japanese, because he's from Nagajor in Tian Xia, which is the "Asian" continent in Golarion. Then someone pointed out that the Tien language is supposed to be analogous to Chinese, and there's a different one that relates to Japanese. Oops.
But doubling down on my mistake by picking a second Japanese name works for me. :)
