Another legend of those whose secrets shoud be feared among men. Based on Hashashins.
Change:
Weapon and Armor Proficiency:
Assamite are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the chakram, kama, khopesh, kusarigama, kukri, nunchaku, sabre, sai, shortbow, short sword, shuriken, siangham, tekko-kagi and urumi. They are proficient with light armor but not with shields.
(more of a persian/arabic look)
Note: I added a Sabre weapon as a "slashing rapier" (finesse OK, no Two Handed, d6, 18-20/x2).
I'm working on including Pesh as trick options and/or Ki source. Probably some of the Pesh Feats might do OK.
Just not going easy with the PF version of pesh and the missing versions of the drug.I might use the PF opium effects.

Just pointing out that your Sabre is identical to the scimitar except that it's inherently finessable instead of only with dervish dance; that's a little close.
Yeah, I know it's probaly in the house rule section.
But I just can't accept the absence of the fencing version Sabre (I see it as a martial).
It just doesn't feel right to make it an Exotic weapon. It basicaly replaces the Wakizashi (finessable)of the ninja but as a One-handed (for two-weapon fighting but unusable with two hands) without the piercing or the deadly.
I could have left the Wakizashi or replace with Rapier but it just felt wrong.
The Dervish Dance is a good look feat but the difference to me is kind of the same of Bastardsword vs Longsword.

And historical Ninja didn't have magic Ki powers either, but they're fun to play with.
I assure you, a supposedly martial class with a proficiency list consisting of "Dagger" would be pretty boring.
Yes it would, but my point is that the Hashashins weren't noted for having access to a Q-Branch. They lived in a time and place where one was expected to carry a knife, and someone having and being able to use a sword and/or bow was no more surprising than a modern American having and knowing how to use a pistol and/or rifle.
The disguise and vanishing powers of a ninja are fine, and fit in perfectly with the Hashashin's preference for leaving warnings consisting of a dagger on a targets pillow while they're sleeping, or assassinating people with a dagger, in public, and in broad daylight. They did not need, and likely would have disdained the use of exotic weapons.

Are all those weapon proficiencies really necessary?
The historical Hashashins just used a dagger for assassinations, a public assassination with a dagger was their calling card in fact.
I actually took some of that under consideration. But the Kukri had to be there! and I feel that tiny throwing blades are just shurikens. for the rest I went one for one with the ninja to "remain" close enought.
I really wanted to put in the equivalent of the "knife master" archetype but just couldn't figure out what to trade it for (no Trap Finding for Ninjas).
N.B.: I can only assume that the ninjato was seen as a wakisashi...
