Brother of the Seal - Next Question

My character is a Qinggong Monk. If he were to take the prestige class of Brother of the Seal; The typical monk abilities granted automatically or by Qinggong choice would certainly be replaced - obviously.

Would he lose his bonus feats from the core monk?

Edit: Also, his unarmed strike being 2d10 as a Medium monk, with the level 7 ability of Hands of Stone it would be 4d8(Large). -
What would it be with Monk's Robe(with consent of GM allowing it to scale one more step in AC and damage) and with Enlarge?

I was guessing 6d10.

You don't lose anything you already have. But you will not get any of the bonuses of another Monk level, when you're not actually taking another level of Monk.
