Hellknight discipline

hi, is possible take 2 time the same discipline for a 9°th level hellknight?

ex:at the 3rd level i have selected summon ability, at the 9° level is possible to take the same discipline? in this situation i cast summon monster VII 6 time per day?

I don't think so. you have to pick a new 3rd discipline but it can be from any order expect pandemic faith.

but the taxt says :
At 9th level, the Hellknight gains his third discipline, choosing this one from any of the disciplines listed below, even those not from his own order, with the exception of Pentamic Faith.

for RAW is possible

The problem is the ability says nothing about allowing you to take an ability twice. Just because it allows you to choose anything you like does not mean you can choose things twice.

In Pathfinder, unless something tells you can select something more than once, then usually, you can't.

This goes across the board, from traits, feats, to class features.

It's pretty well established.

Skylancer and BBT are correct, since it doesn't specifically allow you to take it twice you default into not being allowed to take it twice.
