if people don't mind a first time Con GM
You would be welcome. Playing/GMing on Wednesday is a great way to start to get "into the grove" of the convention without the awe and circumstance that is present on Thursday. Between the sheer size and pageantry of the convention center, the PFS room, and the vendor hall, first-timers can be a bit overwhelmed.

Does anyone know when the time slots/games will be listed?
Officially not yet. The greater Indianapolis Venture-Officers will be organizing this event as they do every year. They are still working on the details (venue, available space, etc) and have promised to have something for us soon. Be patient and check back regularly.
In general, the start times have been largely open, based on the arrival times/availability of the GMs. Many of the players arrive sporadically throughout the day so it would be challenging to have hard 'n fast slot times. While that does not follow our "normal" scheduling procedures, it allows the players and GMs to customize their slot to meet everyone's needs. In the past, Warhorn has been used to muster the tables. They also try to organize around the pre-Con GM meeting from 5-6pm and the annual Venture-Captain meeting at 7pm.

It's already here.

Things usually get setup in the last 1-3 weeks before Gencon. No need to worry. There will be people there, there will be games, there will be fun.

Great. Thank you, Jason.
I registered for Scotty’s. I noticed under “choose a game” it appears the choices are one (or both) of the “We Be Goblins” modules, although I can’t tell if it’s the first one or “We Be Goblins Too”. My friend and I have already played the second one at our local store.
I will check back later for other options, as well. Thanks again!

Nice work finding the Warhorn Site Jason, it has been up for a couple months now just sitting around waiting for GM's and players.
Planning these things due take a bit of time, communicating to different venues hours, amount of table space... Venues, currently there are 2, I am hoping to open up a third. I hope to not leave a single pathfinder out of a chance to die (Baird’s Table) or walk through a sunshine paradise purple sparkly style (Fluffies ).
Hours, as Bob mentioned this has been mainly open in the past.
This year the hours per will be
10-3 (5 hours) Show up early, visit with 5 Star VL Michael Costello at Scotties
3-7 (4 hours) PFS Meeting 5-6
7-12 (5 hours) Games could run late, or even into the morning, there will likely be allot of pick-up games after hours fun etc.
If the third venue happens there will be a different set of hours for that venue
I have a table count for each venue as well as hours, So each venue will have a hard cap on gaming space. This means we will try to fit as many games in the hours and space we can, For this reason we will try to fit games in those 3 slots, all day Modules, was a hit last year, but they are kinda hard to co-ordinate.
Also we have the PFS Meeting from 5-6, Hopefully if you are a volunteer you can arrange to attend the meeting. Also I know some players would rather meet-up with some of their friends that are visiting from across the world for GenCon. Have fun enjoy playing and socializing.
Feel free to sign-up as users. Within a week(hopefully Friday july 12) I will post details on signing-up as GM’s. At this time those pesky goblin games were just for simple admin testing.
If you live in Indiana and would like to help in an upcoming PFS at libraries program, it will be 4 days of madness across Indianapolis at 11 different libraries.
Please post questions or thoughts on this thread I will try to monitor it.

Last year at Scotty's we ran
9:00 to 1:00
1:00 to 5:00
7:00 to 11:00
plus some oddball time for modules.
Since I'm going to the volunteer meeting and want a good night sleep before the con begins, looks like just the morning slot for me.

Looks like your venue is about to get pimped!
REDMOND, WA (July 16, 2013): Paizo Publishing, LLC, publisher of the world's best-selling Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, and leading publisher of fantasy RPG accessories, board games, and novels, and Scotty's Brewhouse in Indianapolis, IN, announce today the transformation of Scotty's from local brew pub to Pathfinder RPG clubhouse during Gen Con 2013.
Scotty's will be redesigning their food menu with a Pathfinder theme to include such tasty treats as Poor Squealy Nord and Boggard Fingers, and thirsty adventurers will be able to wash down their meals with refreshing Pathfinder Dog Slicer Ale. The venue will also be decorated with a variety of Paizo banners and artwork, and a limited edition t-shirt will be available for pre-order on paizo.com soon.
Scotty's is open to the public from 11am daily (Wednesday at 9:00AM), and is located at 1 Virginia St. in downtown Indianapolis.
Paizo Publishing is proud to be a Co-Sponsor of Gen Con Indy, a multi-year partnership at the highest sponsorship level.

Since this all started from PFS play, it seems only fitting to have PFS Players well represented in the food naming. Check out this thread!

Yeah, unfortunately the only slot I can do is 10 a.m.
If there's enough interest, I'll definitely be up for some #3-20 action in that slot.
I'm currently signed up to play at Tracy's table the first slot, but if I can play a scenario that is being GMmed by it's author, that would be even better! :-)
I know for sure that if you ask Chis Bonnet to put it on Warhorn it would fill really quickly!

Credentials? None really. Just looking for someone with great system mastery and a willingness to prep the crap out of it and not hold back while running an ultra-intelligent NPC.

Hmm...
I hadn't been fully committed to the last slot yet. Part of me just wants to hang out with friends before starting 4 days of GMing.

Email to Chris sent. We'll see if there's enough interest! I'm scheduled to run this once during the convention too, but the slot I'm running it hasn't sold any tickets.

Once I learn more about where I'm expected to be and when, I might be open to taking that GM seat.
Consider me signed up!

Kyle, I am trying to play this on hard mode also. So, if you don't get to play it at Gencon, we will have it sometime in the next couple months in Milwaukee. Either a home game or at one of the conventions.

John, either Waking Rune or Words of the Ancients would be epic from you.
.
That would be truly epic. Not only being GMed by John Compton, but the awesome players that table most likely would garner. I consider myself a good player, but I would be intimidated. No matter though, don’t have a character for that level, anyways.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-20: The Rats of Round Mountain—Part I: The Sundered Path has been added to the morning slot! Auke, let's see if we can get the players!

Just put in a mechanical fuel pump in a 350 short block it was such a pain, and took longer than I expected.
So games are still being posted.
The Waking Run Hard Mode... I have been thinking about running it, I think we could fill a table with 10-11's.
I have had a 50% death rate on it regular mode on low as well as high tiers.
So I am pretty sure it would be a challenge!

No guts, no glory. I'm no seasoned player, but I'd be kicking myself if I didn't at least try to sign up. Please count me in! (Added myself to the roster in the quote.)
