Yes, Precise Shot applies to rays.
So does the extra to-hit and dmage from Point Blank Shot.
Weapon Focus can be applied.
Depending on the class and build, Weapon Specialization might be available, as well.
Deadly Aim won't apply, since it is explicitly listed as not working with Ranged Touch Attacks. Neither will Manyshot or Rapid Shot, and I wouldn't think that Far Shot would be applicable.

Yontra, although this is an easy question to answer, you might be better off posting future inquiries in the Rules Forum rather than here. The Pathfinder Society Forums are more for discussing campaign-specific rules and happenings.

I am with you on most of the above but are you sure that the bonus to damage from point blank shot and weapon specialization affects rays?

Weapon Focus definitely applies as does Point Blank Shot. I am unsure about Weapon Specialization as the text in it uses the exact same qualifiers as Weapon Focus but omits the bracketed "or ray, if you are a spellcaster".
I would be inclined to believe that they do apply though as a ray is treated as a weapon in a lot of instances. Don't know if this has been FAQ'ed or anything....

Here it is:
"Ray: Do rays count as weapons for the purpose of spells and effects that affect weapons?
Yes. (See also this FAQ item for a similar question about rays and weapon feats.)
For example, a bard's inspire courage says it affects "weapon damage rolls," which is worded that way so don't try to add the bonus to a spell like fireball. However, rays are treated as weapons, whether they're from spells, a monster ability, a class ability, or some other source, so the inspire courage bonus applies to ray attack rolls and ray damage rolls.
The same rule applies to weapon-like spells such as flame blade, mage's sword, and spiritual weapon--effects that affect weapons work on these spells.
