making your own construct

I have been looking in the craft construct section of ultimate magic and I am wondering what are the abilities you can give a construct?

I am trying to make one that floats, is slightly intelligent, and possibly cast some magic/or preform different attacks.

As for the floating that would be its only mode of moving.

The only method I know of making a flying construct is from the Animate Objects spell. It's one of the Construction Points abilities you can give it.
