I can see a hunter worshipping Achaekek if he is more attracted to the hunt itself, as it has many things in common with an assassin (finding your prey, stalking your prey, weakening it and then killing it).
Alternately, both crocodile and hunter made me think about Urgathoa for the gluttony aspect.

If you're focusing on predators/slaughter in general (rather than crocs in specific), Barbarica (one of the malebranche) may be an option. From the PF wiki:
One of the Malebranche—a powerful caste of unique devils devoted to conquering the Material Plane—Barbarica is known as an ancient and (surprisingly for a lawful devil) wild being. It is rumored that he has fathered an entire army of evil creatures born from the fecund depths of the darkest jungles.

If you want to emphasize the swamp/croc aspects, Vois might be an alternative (if an obscure infernal duke):
