It's a Kitsune rogue (Kitsune Trickster) with an 20 Cha and 18 Int and Realistic Likeness so i can add the + 10 on almost all Disguise checks.
What would you do with 23 + on disguise or do you have any net ides?
Steal secrets.
Impersonate local officials, witnesses or people close to a target (so that they trust easily). It's a great way to set up role play situations.
Also, you can appear to your party as a different person each day. Just for fun.
Or you can appear as a party member and be their stunt double.
- Draw specific members of an enemy group away, leading them into an ambush.
- Sabotage.
- Get away with murder.

This is by far my favorite, I once had a Ranger whom was a huge flirt but she couldn't land anyone (which is fun in its' own right) but that much bluff would have been right up her ally.
At level 1 i will have bluff 13 and at level 2 i will have 24 (mask of stony demeanor)
I also have Power of Suggestion as a trait. I have 12 skill points at level 1 and I think I'll have 10 after that. I'm going Archaeologist after first level.
So what can you do whet 24 in bluff when lying and 14 otherwise.

Get a Quick Change Cloak, and become another person instantaneously.
Oh, and don't forget that mimicking another person's voice is a use of the Disguise skill too. You can have fun with that: sneak up to one guard, then whisper sweet nothings in his ear using the voice of the other guard.
You could have multiple identities complete with backgrounds. Think of Silk from the David Eddings books. With a decent use magic device and a few knowledge skills one or more of them could be "Spell Casters" I think there is a cloak that gives you some low level spells.
For fun romance the same person as two different people. Play up the rivalry and compete against yourself to see how far you can get.
Sleeves of Many Garments is a Most have i think and permanent Tongues sounds like a good idea. but Some ranks in linguistics will do at the early levels.

I'm probably going to teak Fox Shape at level 5 to get a 10 + on stealth and sent and 10+ to movement. More then +20 one 2 skills at level 5 with no magic items. This will be a master thief indeed or maybe a counsel of rulers in a city or country.
Note not a member of the counsel but the hole counsel.
