Hey guys I've recently decided to make a Samsaran wizard and I've found out that their Alternate Trait lets me take ( In my case ) 5 spells of my choice. And now I'm here wondering what are the "best" spells I should take? I currently have Overwhelming Presence, Euphoric Tranquility, Haste, Maze, and Summoner Monster VIII. Any tips?

I would probably use it to gain spells that aren't normally on the wizard list, rather than for early entry via. summoner, as you seem to have focused on. Haste as a 2nd level spell is undoubtedly nice at low levels, but later on the difference becomes less and less noticeable. Maze at 6th level is undoubtedly awesome, though! Just be aware that not all GMs allow that use of the ability.
I'd focus on the Bard and Witch list myself.
Ill Omen from Witch just begs to be quickened and combined with save-or-suck abilities.
Bard has some of the most powerful buffs and utility spells in the game.
Gallant Inspiration can be a great use of an immediate action, especially with heavy hitters in the party.
Bard's Escape is superior to Dimension Door for quick getaways, but more importantly allows you to rearrange your Allies on the battlefield as you see fit, putting all your heavy-hitters in convenient flank/full-attack positions for their turns.
Deafening Song Bolt is better than most blasting spells on the wizard list for its level(9d10 damage, no save, no SR, sonic).

Don't forget to snake Cure Light Wounds, not sexy but gives you the ability to wand people and that is handy. If you are going to see at least level 13 you could get Heal as well. Just begs for abuse with Blood Money + Fabricate, nothing like making endless mythril out of your own blood (Str Damage that you just turn around and cast away with Heal). If you go this route I'd have a shield (In Real Life) just incase a DM hurls a book at you from across the the table.

Wizards have by far the best spell list in the game. There's not actually that much you want from summoner/bard/witch. Using them for early access is pretty much the best plan.
The only spells you might want to pick up are:
Glibness (Bard)
Ill Omen (Witch)
Cure Light Wounds (Bard + Witch)
Heal (Witch)
Of the early-access spells, Haste is BY FAR the best.
-Cross (Don't pick up CLW unless you are going to either be crafting or spend a lot of time below level 4.)

You can't take spells already on the Wizard spell list (like Haste or Maze) for early entry with the Samsaran racial trait.
You can add spells from another spellcasting class to the spell list of your current spellcasting class.
You can't "add spells...to [your] spell list" if they are already on your spell list. You can only use this to gain access to spells not on the wizard list already.

As far as I know j b the rules allow early access spells. It comes down to GM discretion but RAW allows it. Because I'm not just bumping down the level. I am taking the lower version of the spell from a different caster.
You can't add a spell if it is already there. Haste is Haste, just because a summoner can cast it at level 4 instead of level 5 doesn't change the spell, it just changes the level that class gains access to it.
