Master of Many Styles: Crane Wing + Panther Style

Rules Questions

I have a question. If it is my turn and I am fusing crane style and panther style, if I fight defensively and move to provoke a attack of opportunity for panther style, and deflect the attack of opportunity with crane wing, does panther style still proc. I asked a few people and I got both yes and no. The feat of crane wing says that I deflect it and take no damage, but not that the attack of opportunity didn't happen. Panther style says that they have to make a attack for it to proc, nothing about the attack doing any damage. Does the panther style still proc?

I do not see the problem. Panther style triggers afther the enemy attack you it says nothing about hitting.

If you can move while fighting defensively (not sure if you can or not) it would work.

Panther Style states: "While using this style, when an opponent makes an attack of opportunity against you".

Nothing in there about it hitting you, either by missing your AC or by being deflected.

Crane Style states:"you can deflect one melee weapon attack that would normally hit you."

No ifs, ands, or buts. You can deflect an attack.

So no problem there either.
