Can you haste a PC that is currently unconscious because of hit point loss?

I cannot think of any spell that cannot be cast upon an unconscious ally.


Sure you can but it is like healing a rock. Nothing stops you from doing it, it just doesnt do anything.

That being said, if he later gains consciousness he will be affected by the haste.


Heres a fun one. Does it work if they have superstitious and raging vitality?

Hasting a rock is much less helpful than hasting a person I think. Rocks tend to spend their actions being rocks. Its unique to the rock,(CR 0, not to be confused with the boulder or the Rock Monster), but emulated by statues.
