How can I go about getting published in the webfiction area of the page?

As a Disabled American, I have a lot of time which I'd like to use by writing some stories for you all to enjoy and enhance my brain.

Any deets you can give will be great! :)

Paizo does not accept unsolicited submissions. However, there are a few ways you might be able to get the attention of the developers or fiction editors:

Pathfinder Society has an ongoing open call for scenarios.

Our annual RPG Superstar contest grand prize is a contract for writing a Pathfinder Module.

If you are an experienced fiction author with professional publication credits and are interesting in writing for the Pathfinder Tales line, you can contact our fiction editor, James Sutter.

Additionally, writing for other RPG publishers—especially those who produce Pathfinder RPG–Compatible products—or writing fan-generated content using our Community Use Policy can bring your writing to the attention of Paizo.

You can also publish your own Pathfinder RPG–Compatible products using the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Compatibility License.

Sczarni

I beleive either James or Wes is the judge for an annual fanfiction contest one of the Community use policy sites puts on each year

Grand Lodge

You could also submit to the Wayfinder fanzine. They are currently taking articles, with a deadline of March 31st.
