Paizo is working on the system and as Jiminy pointed out, it is expected by late this month. At that point you can inform them and GW what, if any, add-ons you paid for you wish to have, and either then or soon afterwards you will be able to increase your pledge or add-ons. Keep reading the Goblin Works Blog for updates, as each one, or at least most every one, starts with an update to the fulfillment system.

Are you saying you've already received emails from Kickstarter about the latest one?
The last email I received was the email from the post on Kickstarter on 3/13/13 (American date format, sorry) As you can see on the KS site, they are still looking to roll out the fulfillment system by end of March.
Edit: It's possible you may have email notifications from Kickstarter turned off on your Kickstarter account or you have a mail rule deleting them if you didn't get that email.

Yes, February 4th, 5th, 6th, 21st, and then March 13th were the ones since January. I stopped reading them because whenever this OP is re-posted a few people come in and give a summary of what's going on. Also, the blogs give good updates.

I'm sure I have KS notifications turned on, and that I don't have a rule deleting them.
I made the mistake of tying my KS account to Facebook, and it's probably a setting there. I'm afraid to de-link them while the KS is still active.
They're definitely coming in Nih. The most recent one was Update #44 on the 14th of March. I'm pretty comfortable though that given the sheer volume of your contribution to the forums you really should just get it all regardless. :)

OK, it's after March and nothing. Not a PDF, not so much as a sticker to put on a bumper. If no announcement is made by the end of this week, I will simply no longer look for my promised KS rewards. I'll just be dissapointed and take that into account the next time I'm asked to donate to the cause.
I didn't give my $100.00 dollars for the promised rewards, I gave it for the promise of being part of the game. Promised rewards came after and were used to lure as many possible donators to the cause.
It's easy to understand the sheer magnitude of work that has had to go into processing all of the rewards, but it seems to me that at this point we should all be able to have access to the promised PDF files. That alone would serve as a measure of good faith.
Just saying...

They had an update on it just last week in the Goblinworks Blog post acknowledging that it was behind schedule. They're putting together a complex system to handle the pledge tiers, all the permutations of add-ons, as well as allowing people to increase their pledge, not to mention working on ways to get new people in as well. It's not a simple process, and getting the PDFs is not as simple as just emailing them out to you. I'm assuming you'd like them added to your actual Paizo account like the other PDFs you can buy from them, so you can actually get them again if, say, your HD crashed.
