Good morning!

Ok, Talyn is carrying more and more alchemical gadgets, half charged wands, etc. I can't find anything besides the handy haversack's 'what you need is on top' ability to keep things organized. What I was wondering is, does anyone know of a belt/sash/bandolier which would make getting to the various items easier? (not so much as in reducing actions as in "I have 8 things in this pouch, but can always grap the one I need."

There's a bandoleer (Adventurer's Sash?) in Seekers of Secrets that might be what you're looking for.

Efficient Quiver can store 60 wands, 18 rods, and 6 staffs and produce the one you need at any given time. Incidentally, it can also store arrows, javelins and bows, but that's boring.

Its not a belt but the Handy Haversack is pretty nice... you get whatever you reach for first try without looking.

My question, is does A bandolier allow you to draw a potion as a PART of a movement Acton? or is it still a movement action
