So, say I have a Vishkanya Rogue who envenoms a blowgun dart and makes hit against an Invulnerable Rager Barbarian. The barbarian does not record any damage as it is less than his DR. Fine.
However, does the Rager still need to make the save(s) against the injury poison since, in some sense, it did not receive any injury?

The Wild Rager would not need to make the save. Relevant rules quote from the Core Glossary entry on Damage Reduction:
Whenever damage reduction completely negates the damage from an attack, it also negates most special effects that accompany the attack, such as injury poison, a monk's stunning, and injury-based disease. Damage reduction does not negate touch attacks, energy damage dealt along with an attack, or energy drains. Nor does it affect poisons or diseases delivered by inhalation, ingestion, or contact.
