What should i pick for my lvl 3 feat i was thinking crane style for added survivability

Current stats

Str 13
Dex 18
con 14
int 13
wis 18
cha 14

Feats
Weapon finesse
Dodge
Elemental fist
Improved grapple

Traits
Adopted (warrior of old)+2 initiative

a Kitsune monk of the four winds. not rly looking to do super damage but be more of a fun grappler brawler style

Scarab Sages

Drop Trait (Warrior of Old), grab Trait (Reactionary). Does the same thing.
Grab Trait (Adopted (Bred for War)). Shoanti Trait that gives +1 Intimidate (Trait) and +1 CMB (Trait). Have to be taller than six feet to get the triat.
Looking to gain some kind of "Uncanny Dodge"? Grab Trait (Defensive Strategist). Worship Torag, never flat-footed unless feinted.

Agile Maneuvers would increase your CMB to grapple, from a +1 to a +4.

also i already have my background written up so changing the trait i couldn't do

What trait you take depends on how and where you want to take the character.

So far this monk is well-built, low damage output is not a big issue at this level but you will need an agile amulet of mighty fists at some point. You will also need to look at extra maneuvers because grapple will not always work. You will need damage because maneuvers themselves will not always work.

As to which style you want, that depends on where you want to take it. Crane Style is great defensively but you can ONLY use it as a full-round action, fighting defensively (and if you are going to take Combat Expertise it's kind of redundant). Snake Style can be wicked - less defensive but you end up with a lot more attacks if you take Combat Reflexes as well, and that can make up for your low damage output.
