I would imagine so. The not showing up in mirrors was due to silver being used, and silver's supposed purifying properties. So unless androids have similar silver eyes they should be vsible just fine. On the other hand, it would be funny if you have an android PC.

I dunno. From what I recall about vampires, it has nothing necessarily to do with silver screwing up their reflections. It's ANY reflection that they don't cast. They don't have shadows in some tales, either.
Actually if you go back far enough, vampires weren't physical in nature. They would mist out of their graves, suck the life out of someone, and return. This somehow had interesting effects on the corpse. But the earth wasn't necessarily disturbed.
Therefore, if it was purely immaterial, the only way you could see it is with mental impressions, as if you could swear something with X description was there, but when you blink, it's not.

Note some undead have a lifesense ability that might not see androids or robots, this is especially true of Incorporeal Undead.
So for those romantic out there, no Ghost in the Machine.
Of all the monsters in the Pathfinder Universe, there are only 5 creatures with the lifesense ability, and not all of those are undead.
Each and every one of those creatures has a way of "seeing" without using lifesense.
