Is it possible for a weapon to have both the Spell Storing Enhancement and the Dispelling enhancement? If this has already been covered, I do apologize in advance.

Spell Storing:
Price +1 bonus
Aura strong evocation and varies; CL 12th; Weight —

DESCRIPTION

A spell storing weapon allows a spellcaster to store a single targeted spell of up to 3rd level in the weapon. (The spell must have a casting time of 1 standard action.) Anytime the weapon strikes a creature and the creature takes damage from it, the weapon can immediately cast the spell on that creature as a free action if the wielder desires. (This special ability is an exception to the general rule that casting a spell from an item takes at least as long as casting that spell normally.) Once the spell has been cast from the weapon, a spellcaster can cast any other targeted spell of up to 3rd level into it. The weapon magically imparts to the wielder the name of the spell currently stored within it. A randomly rolled spell storing weapon has a 50% chance of having a spell stored in it already. This special ability can only be placed on melee weapons.

A spell storing weapon emits a strong aura of the evocation school, plus the aura of the spell currently stored.

CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Craft Magic Arms and Armor, creator must be a caster of at least 12th level; Cost +1 bonus

Dispelling:
Price +1 bonus
Aura strong abjuration; CL 10th; Weight —

DESCRIPTION

A dispelling weapon functions like a spell storing weapon, but it may only store dispel magic; however, the caster level check to dispel gains an additional bonus equal to the weapon's enhancement bonus. This bonus also applies to a magus's dispelling strike arcana or a barbarian's spell sunder or sunder enchantment combat maneuver check.

CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Craft Magic Arms and Armor, dispel magic, creator must be a caster of at least 10th level; Cost +1 bonus

I was wondering about that myself. Wanted to snag both for a magus.
They're essentially separate, so you should have 2 "slots" for your particular weapon.

That was sort of my thinking too, but on the other hand, Dispelling does state that it functions as a Spelling Storing weapon so it does add a small level of confusion.

That's the only grey area that i can see too. I hate to say "it comes down to the GM," but it does. Then again, doesn't it always?

If he lets it slide, you will be balling out of control.
If not, you will find some other way to be balling out of control.

What character is this for, if i may ask?

Yeah, not surprising. I was just wanting to bring it to the community before bringing the idea up to my GM. We'll see how it flies in a day or two!

An Eldritch Knight: 1 Ranger(Trapper)/5 Wizard(Transmuter)/5 Eldritch Knight at this point in a Ways of the Wicked campaign.

He is a pretty sweet archer & his bonded object happens to be his bow, for enchantments. Also, with the Trapper archetype he has trapfinding and disable device to play the trap-monkey of the group too.

Is this for your bow? I think Spell-storing can only be on melee weapons.
(Otherwise, it takes away the Arcane Archer's niche)

Edit: Of course, it's perfectly fine for that build to be a switch-hitter.
Never put all your eggs in one basket!

"Otherwise, it takes away the Arcane Archer's niche"

It does not take away the arcane archers niche,
Arcane archer's can only imbue area spells (fireball, cloud spells ect,) with his ability's.
spellstoring weapons on the other hand only store target or touch spells
imho the arcane archer is not complete without a spellstoring bow

there's alot of debate on whether it is allowed or not.
the dmg does not list spellstoring ranged weapons in it random drop box
and does not mention them in it's text either

the magic item compendium does however include
them in the ranged weapon enchantment list.

in any case having a spell storing ranged weapon is not overpowered. provided the archer declares he is using the spell before he shoots, and that the effect transfers to ammunition
the rules in the dmg work fine

spell storing ammunition would be awesome. even though it wont stack with a spellstoring bow it is still highly overpowered
It's potentially broken as it would allow you to cast multiple spells per round at a very low cost.

as a dm, you should consider banning them or at least raising the price significantly.

a good place to start is limiting the spell level stored to the arrow enchantment. for instance. +3 Spellstoring arrow (640Gp) could hold 1 level 3 spell, wile a +2 spellstoring arrow (360gp) could not
