Barb's Fast Movement + Fighter's Armor Training II

Rules Questions

So if I understand this right I should be able to wear heavy armor while keeping my bouns to movment speed ?

Fast Movement (Ex)

A barbarian's land speed is faster than the norm for her race by +10 feet. This benefit applies only when he is wearing no armor, light armor, or medium armor, and not carrying a heavy load. Apply this bonus before modifying the barbarian's speed because of any load carried or armor worn. This bonus stacks with any other bonuses to the barbarian's land speed.

Armor Training (Ex)

Starting at 3rd level, a fighter learns to be more maneuverable while wearing armor. Whenever he is wearing armor, he reduces the armor check penalty by 1 (to a minimum of 0) and increases the maximum Dexterity bonus allowed by his armor by 1. Every four levels thereafter (7th, 11th, and 15th), these bonuses increase by +1 each time, to a maximum –4 reduction of the armor check penalty and a +4 increase of the maximum Dexterity bonus allowed.

In addition, a fighter can also move at his normal speed while wearing medium armor. At 7th level, a fighter can move at his normal speed while wearing heavy armor.

No. Armor training let you move at full speed, but if you use a heavyarmor you lost fast movement.

Yes.

EDIT: For a medium armor.

You can do it with Armored hulk 5/ fighter 3 and the sash of the war champion.

Improved Armored Swiftness (Ex)

At 5th level, an armored hulk’s land speed is faster than the norm for her race by +10 feet. This benefit applies when she is wearing any armor, including heavy armor, but not while carrying a heavy load. Apply this bonus before modifying the armored hulk’s speed because of any load carried or armor worn. This bonus stacks with any other bonuses to the barbarian’s land speed.

Sash of the War Champion
Aura moderate abjuration; CL 9th
Slot chest; Price 4,000 gp; Weight 1 lb.

DESCRIPTION

This bright red strip of cloth, stitched with images of a cheering crowd throwing garlands toward a chariot, fits across the wearer's shoulders and then diagonally down his chest to reach his opposite hip.

The wearer treats his fighter level as 4 higher than normal for the purpose of the armor training and bravery class features.

My bad, thamks for idea with Armored Hulk + Sash.

If you going magic items the easier option are the classics

boots of striding +10 base land speed
or
winged boots which will give you a 40ft fly speed perfect when you need it.

Grand Lodge

Mithril heavy armour counts as medium armour, only needing 3 levels of fighter for the benefits.

This is true, but it can be awfully expensive at low levels.

Aye, boots are cheaper a mere 5,500gp for +10 speed ;)

Also a cheaper level dip is Flame Oracle and Cinder Dance for +10 land speed as well

Screw dipping Fighter that deep; dip Emissary Cavalier 1 and get mithral full plate.
