Silly question, but... Menadoran Festrog mount?

Rules Questions

What kinds of abilities and/or numbers would a character need to be able legitimately use a Menadoran Festrog as a mount?

I want to do this for a vampire in my campaign but I don't know what it would take to ride a Menadoran.

Is there anything necessary for one of these? I mean other than an exotic saddle?

Festrogs are bipeds (even though they move on all fours sometimes) and therefore cannot be ridden

Awww. *sad face*

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't even thought about that.

Why can't bipeds be ridden? I don't recall any such rule.

Beats me. I just went with it when he said they couldn't be ridden, but now I guess I'll have to check.

Technically, a Snake can serve as a mount.
