Rules for previous years' rounds?

Is there a link where we can see specific rules for previous years? I'm interested in prepping for future rounds (fingers crossed!), and I'd like to know what kind of twists. Frex - did a previous year forbid a final proposal from including the previous round's encounter in it?

Yeah..those don't include full rules. Just the entries and voting threads.

You should see the full rules there, Steven. I know the 2012 links were broken a week ago or so and the wonderful Paizo staff fixed them.

If you go to the 2012 contest, you should see rules for Rounds 1-5 on the right.

Monster rules, for example.
