Hey all,
New to the PFO forums and frankly finding then a little haphazard...though I realise better ones are forthcoming.
Anyhow, I made my pledge to the kickstarter and am now looking for a guild who will have me.
I usually play a sneaky rogue type, or a fighter. I would like to maybe dabble in a little diplomacy so maybe a bard type character would fit.
Anyhow, any groups out there feel they can offer what I'm looking for feel free.

Jykan, The UnNamed Company is actively recruiting players with your interests. Your time zone is also not an issue, I have frequently played many MMOs with people in EU TZs.

I see two of my fellow Wardens have already visited, but I wanted to note specifically that the Keepers of the Circle have a group, called the Ring of Gold, focused on Diplomacy and Trade. After visiting, please feel free to ask any questions you might have.

I helped fund the kickstarter, and this will be my first sandbox mmo in a very long time (themepark just had too much going on at first, now its getting too blah..)Anyways, I am sort of the lone wolf type of player. Dont get me wrong, I like group play a lot, but like to split it 50/50. I generally like to play as a rogue/ranger type. I dont care about gathering, trading, or PvP. I am more into PvE, specifically random adventures, dungeons and exploring. I would prefer a more neutral group of players, but thats not a deal breaker unless your Lawful anything (too strict). Oh yea, Im US CST.
So if anyone has a place for me, please chime in.

But my time zone is GMT+5 =(
I even don't know how to play with a guild in such time difference...
Anyway, that's the way i'm going to play:
Aligment: any, not good and not lawful
goal which is important to me: group want to have place for it's own, (like a fort) =)

All this depends if I will be able to play PFO.
This lone wolf is looking for a guild to belong too, both main and twin.
Timezone: GMT +2:00
Interaction: Mostly lone wolf style of play (vagabond), though willing to take part in expeditions
Alignments: neutrality alignments
Possible character types: sorcerer, druid, rogue, and crafting
Crafting would most like be part of the characters main focus.

Just remember, this is a game where a large offset-time zone guild could destroy a largely unguarded fortress in the night. If you are looking for the best longevity and largest tracts of land, you will want a guild that has many players and spans the entirety of the time zones.
One that stands vigilant at all hours, full of many time zones and populated at all hours.

Exactly. This is why The Empyrean Order doesn't specify a timezone. This isn't a theme-park. Getting everyone on at the same time to do raids is not a priority for us. It's about building a community. And a community is best guarded if there is enough people with enough spread in timezone to keep vigilant at all hours.

Northern Lights has members currently playing (on LOTRO) who dwell all over this world, from the frigid realms of the far north (Alaska) to the steamy climes of Madagascar and various places in between.
I will bribe one of my current players to explain how well we treat our fellow members. Our goal is to provide a support network and comfortable atmosphere for our members.
