Can I attack with Razortusk and Shield Bash with a full attack action?

Rules Questions

If I have a level 1 half-orc fighter with Razortusk, equipped with a shield and a sword, can I attack three times per full attack?

Separate question, if I have Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Bastard Sword, and a weapon cord, can I drop my shield as a free action, swing the sword with both hands, and then retrieve the shield as a swift action?

He would take the appropriate penalties for TWF using the sword and shield (and losing any AC bonus from it unless he has Improved Shield Bash) and also be able to bite yes, however using any natural attack alongside a manufactured weapon attack changes the natural attack to secondary so it will be at -5 from his normal attack chance, *after* counting TWF penalties when he is biting in the same round as attacking with sword & shield.

As to the weapon cord no idea, though as I sort of recall something about having to declare 'handedness' at the start of your turn, though I could absolutely be wrong on that, it's a very vague memory.

If we level him up to 2 and assume that he has taken Improved Shield Bash, Razortusk, and Two Weapon Fighting. Using a Light Shield and a Longsword at 18 Strength his attacks would be:

Longsword: +4 to hit (2 B.A.B + 4 Str - 2 T.W.F.)
Shield Bash: +4 to hit (2 B.A.B + 4 Str - 2 T.W.F.)
Bite: +1 to hit (2 B.A.B. + 4 Str - 5 secondary)

Is that correct?

No, he'd take another -2 on the Bite attack because he is using TWF.

You can't weapon cord a shield. Shield take a move to don and remove. If you wanted to do something like that, you would need the quickdraw shield and quickdraw feat.

Incorrect, TWF penalties only apply to attacks made with your main hand and off hand weapon, of which Bite is neither.

Bite is still at -5 for being combined with manufactured weapons.

And also incidentally at 1/2 strength.

The bite is at 1/2 strength for the damage being dealt. It is not 1/2 strength for the attack roll.

"Some natural attacks are denoted as secondary natural attacks, such as tails and wings. Attacks with secondary natural attacks are made using your base attack bonus minus 5. These attacks deal an amount of damage depending on their type, but you only add half your Strength modifier on damage rolls."
