As usual in this sort of game I am conflicted.
I love the rogue. I love and dread the Wizard. I am attracted to the Druid. I know I would do well as a warrior. The cleric is like a wizardly warrior who gets to heal and nurture his companions...
Most likely I will go Elven Wizard... Or rogue, for disarm traps and lockpick.... Or Druid due to my ideal alignment... or...
That question is like asking someone their favorite book, or favorite song, or favorite food...
Unfair!

Im torn.
A paladin would be great, playing a paladin can be a lot of fun.
However as i was rereading the blogs something stood out to me. The idea of a solider career path. Someone who gives bonuses and leads formations. With that in mind iv had an idea for a fighter character that specializes in group warfare.
For my second character It will be a dedicated crafter of some sort, what kind of sort im not sure yet, probably a wizard.

Depends on how the mechanics pan out and the playstyle of the game. As a rule of thumb, I play martial classes. If I can play a Rogue without getting the criminal flag for every single action I want to undertake, I'll go that path, if not - some sort of sword wielding guy -like a Cavalier, Ranger, Barb...who knows.
