My Armiger came to me with a request for a feat suggestion that would allow him to pull enemies to him, something like Come and Get It from 4th Ed D&D or the aggro ability of WOW tanks. I know of a few feats that askew him to reposition enemies or stop them from moving, but nothing that brings them closer. Any such animal I may not be aware of?

Revised Antagonize can't force enemies to attack you in melee, just to attack you or affect you with a spell. So while they might run over to you, they could also shoot you with a bow or throw a rock at you or hit you with a magic missile.
Serpent Lash lets you pull enemies toward you with a whip, but it takes a difficult combat maneuver check and you're limited to the whip's reach.

I wouldn't make it that. Maybe just drop the DC back to it's unerrata'd form as Aggro typically just means you are their main target. Maybe make a Improved And Greater Antagonize feats.
Or search for the old MMO/J-RPG d20 Source Book. It had a Nice Aggression system.
Each creature had a Base Aggression and that could be shifted by player actions.
Like a Dryad might start of Friendly or even Helpful until Attack then it raised immediately to Defensive and then to Aggressive.
Though it tended more towards Hack, Kill, Loot, Rinse, Repeat.

That Antagonize feat looks like the thing. He wanted more to be able to have enemies focus on him and leave his squishy friends alone. Having them in melee range would just be a bonus. What would you say would be a good Improved version? I'm thinking prerequisites of Antagonize, a BAB of about +5 and 5 ranks of either diplomacy or intimidate. Feat would allow the same as Antagonize, but effects all opponents in a 30ft burst? Our maybe that should be Greater and something in between as an Improved?

A 30 ft burst should be along the lines of Shatter Defenses for power level(flatfooted for a round you hit them) so it should take Dazzling Display, Antagonize, and at least BAB 6.
Possible Feat would look like
Incite Crowd
Your ability to provoke those around you knows no bounds, through insults or threatening mein you direct their focus to yourself.
Benefit: You may use Intimidate or Diplomacy on multiple opponents that can see and hear you. No matter which skill you use, Incite Crowd is a standard action that does not provoke attacks of oppurtunity. The DC is 10+the highest targets HD + Wisdom modifier, and affects a number of targets equal to your Charisma bonus. You may also increase the DC by 2 for each target past your Charisma bonus, but can never affect more targets than you have HD. Before you make these checks, you may make a Sense Motive check (DC 20) as a swift action to gain an insight bonus on these Diplomacy or Intimitade checks equal to your Charisma bonus until the end of your next turn. The benefits you gain for this check depend on the skill you use. This is a mind-affecting effect.
Diplomacy: You fluster your enemy. For the next minute, the target takes a –4 penalty on all attacks rolls made against creatures other than you and has a 20% spell failure chance on all spells that do not target you or that have you within their area of effect.
Intimidate: The creature flies into a rage. On its next turn, the target must attempt to make a melee attack against you, make a ranged attack against you, target you with a spell, or include you in the area of a spell. The effect ends if the creature is prevented from attacking you or attempting to do so would harm it (for example, if you are on the other side of a chasm or a wall of fire). The effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma Bonus. Once you have targeted a creature with this ability, you cannot target it again for 1 day.
At least, that's my take on somewhat balanced but useful for the idea of what you want.
