monk ki rules question

Rules Questions

Ok from reading the core book using a ki power is a swift action. But what happens if you take the Qinggong monk archtype and loose slow fall and pick up true stike? Is it still treated like other ki powers and thus only a swift action to activate it?

Qinggong powers take the exact same action to cast them as the spell would take, except where specifically specified otherwise. True Strike is a Standard Action, so it takes a Standard Action to use it as a Qinggong power.

Spells: These ki powers duplicate the effects of a spell, and are spell-like abilities. A qinggong monk's class level is the caster level for these spell-like abilities, and she uses Wisdom to determine her concentration check bonus.

So now we read about spell like abilities...

Quote:
Using all other spell-like abilities is a standard action unless noted otherwise, and doing so provokes attacks of opportunity. It is possible to make a concentration check to use a spell-like ability defensively and avoid provoking an attack of opportunity, just as when casting a spell. A spell-like ability can be disrupted just as a spell can be. Spell-like abilities cannot be used to counterspell, nor can they be counterspelled.

When you look in the archetype you're referencing you'll note some have a exception that lets them be immediate/free actions. Since the spell like abilities are not given an exception by and large (and not true strike) you must assume the answer is: Standard action
