Mainly non-magical potions and drugs, yes. Initially Herbalism but I'll add Alchemy and maybe Poisons when we know what the score is with the mechanics of making them. I'll probably also pick up Brew Potion to make magical potions, because that'll be expected of me.
Alignment-wise. To be honest, as far as playing the character goes it is 50/50 as to whether she is neutrally-inclined Good or good-inclined Neutral. However, from a game mechanical viewpoint it is easier to justify the occasional Evil deed (raising undead and so on)* if Neutral rather than Good.
It also comes into play when the Druid abilities come onto the scene. I have no idea how they'll be implementing them, but I suspect that Neutral alignment will be a precondition of many of them, given the PnP alignment restrictions.
*Not that I'll be doing that, of course. Oh dear nossir not me. Wouldn't dream of it....

@Gedichtewicht- I like the suggestions though I'm surprised there is no "overzealous paladin."
If they make a slightly crazed paladin henchmen I totally want to voice him. The one that roars "JUSTICE!!!" every time he activates smite evil.
I thought that was a too obvious choice, kind of:
"beware evildoers, i shall smite thee with my mighty blade"
:D
Way too fancy. I'm more the "DIE FIEND!!!" sort.

Although I do not mean to bump this thread, nor to specifically derail it, but I have been awaiting a response from my PM about 10 days ago.
Based on Andius' posts in the Acheron Settlement thread:
However if the offender lived in a distant settlement we likely wouldn't care much, as the attacks against us would most likely be originating from a nearby hideout instead of that settlement. In which case we would begin searching for the hideout. This is how I hope our interactions with bandits based from Acheron will work.
Remember Andius, a "Dog does not sh!t where it sleeps".
I have full intentions of using Acheron as a place of refuge, not from immediate pursuit of Enforcer possies, but for a place where my company and I go to go spend our loot on training, and debauchery!!
Acheron will not be our only weigh station. We will have many places of refuge and rest. I'm sure our gold will be welcomed in many places. But, we will have no place that we are chartered from. Therefore, no settlement leadership will hold that much sway over our activities, nor should they bear the responsibility for them.
So I wonder, why do you choose to speak to the leadership of a settlement that may grant us visitation access?
When you say in your Gobbocast interview, that you are not opposed to bandits or PVPers in general, but you are opposed to Random Player Killers (paraphrased), what exactly is "Random" to you? Who is the arbiter of what "random" means?
I know, once you asked, why steal from the poor? This question I answered by saying, "it is not my intention to focus on the poor, but boredom has a funny way of setting aside normal practices" (paraphrased).
Then there is the question that I pose, What is "poor"? I can tell you, we of my bandit company will not try to evaluate the wealth of our victim. We will evaluate the wealth that he or she is carrying and the potential risk in order to obtain that wealth.
You were upset that I questioned your motives, yet you do not see the impressions that your own words create, and I am not the only one who says this.
For you, the impression is that disputes and discussions are a one way street. You are quick to PM a complaint, but you don't respond to counter complaints, offers or requests for clarification.
Now, if there is some extenuating, personal, circumstance for the lack of your response, I sincerely apologize.
When you initiate a PM discussion, it is "good form" to respond to requests for clarification.
I'm sure this will find its way to your throne, O' Grand Master of the Empyrean Order; Member of the Argent Guard; Heir to the House of Meuridiar, Andius the Great!
Hard to think such megalomania does not come with expansionist designs ;)

I will add this quote of your Andius, because it does address the question of griefing, but then raises a new question:
You aren't making any real profits, and they are completely helpless to resist. So if your intention is to take mithril wearing year old characters, and camp first day players in rags outside starter towns then I guess you are griefer, because obviously your motivation there is to piss people off.
As I responded to you, I agree what is griefing. We have some disagreement frequency, and situations that may arise that put normal practices to the test.
But first my question, from the above quote:
Is it not the responsibility of the traveler to not be helpless?
Then there is the whole question of "Randomness" and "Poor", or "Little Profit to be made".
I don't see these as issues at all. I don't believe that they will occur or even can occur. I have had this debate with ZenPagan concerning "Random" Player Killing. I view it as a purely fabricated boogey man. Perhaps it is just a product of my never having done it, that I can not conceive that it plays a significant impact on a server-wide basis.
I would really like to see an end to this tit-for-tat, "You insulted me, You threatened My Game Play"... and get down to a real dialogue on how as a community all of us can work to supporting all play styles equally, and without threats of retaliation against all whom would harbor one play style or another.
Yes, there are those and will be those who will retaliate against those who try to create a PVE haven for carebears as well. I'm equally opposed to those supposed "hard core" PVP'ers would would pret upon those not interested in that aspect of the game.

So your response to not getting an answer in private is trying to force an answer by dragging the conversation into the public. Very good form :)
How can I force an answer?
This is however a public forum and I had questions that do not just involve me or Andius, but also others as well.
So basically, those questions have been posed and some of us are hoping to get some clarification from either Andius as the leader of TEO or an official TEO Policy on those questions.
Edit:
I should also like to add that, in the same way that the Treaty of Rovagug was proposed to address the concerns of an "Outside Entity" coming into PFO and ruining the game for all of us. Some of the smaller, more fringe companies (particularly CN, CE, Outlaws, etc) have an equal interest in knowing what the larger settlements have in store for our play style. The fact that these questions are being sent first to TEO are not just because TEO is apparently the largest company, but their stated goals are to in some way curtail our activities.
I would have the same questions for:
Pax Aeternum
Seventh Veil
Crimson Guard

So what you are asking is for TEO to disclose it's internal policies because they are of interest to the public?
None of the questions I posed were related to TEO's internal policies. I suggest you view the response given so far by Pax Aeternum's Amassador on their thread.
As I also stated, and lived up to my word, these questions have been put to the larger or more active companies.

My questions are OOC. I'm asking them for purpose of clarification and it is not just my interest that i ask them.
My little jab at Anduis' titles were in character, as was my own description of myself being "... Umm.... a Bandit.."
I will gladly isolate the questions into one list, and limit them to five questions, if that would make addressing them easier.
If anyone from TEO would have a similar list of questions that they would like to pose to me, I would be glad to clarify my positions as well.
I believe based on a recent post I may have surprised a few people with view point, and my opinion on the subject matter had changed very rabidly. This was in part due to an outside influence that had no "skin in the game" but made a lot of sense.

I like your idea to exchange a list of quesstions.
I will forward this to the higher ups, as soon as they are back.
But i can`t promise anything, and it might take a while for you to get an answer.
I have posted a thread with the questions... I will keep any further discussion of this topic there, and let you all get to your recruiting.

Now, if there is some extenuating, personal, circumstance for the lack of your response, I sincerely apologize.
There was. I was helping chaperone a group of kids who went to a youth conference in Indiana. It had me very busy for awhile and I didn't realize you had sent another PM. I'll try to read over your PMs and this topic and have a response within 48 hours.

I appreciate that, and would like to say that the thread that I had posted has already clarified some of the issues that my original PM had brought up. You may consider the PM to b outdated in that regard, but I welcome you addressing it if you wish.
I would like to point out a few things that my company and I put on the table:
1. We acknowledge any company's or settlement's right to defend their teritory and interests. we understand and agree that they may take that fight against any and all whom harm them, wherever that fight may bring them.
2. We avow not to grief players, new or veteran, and to adhere to the behaviors that GW has included in the Dev Blogs. This includes using the PvP flags properly and in the spirit in which they are intended.
3. We will not operate in or in the nearby hexes of the starter towns, other than in early EE when we too will be new players, and later when we are assisting and training new players.

I think most of us will welcome the dynamic that you propose adding. Especially if the hot spots created tend to be away from our backyard. We may show up to help defend new players (properly flagged ourselves of course), especially if your new players have veteran backup. But if everything is going as stated, then the conflicts will be in character and with no malice on our end.

I agree with this and would also add, I never play with malice towards my adversaries, unless I'm dealing with a traitor who violated OOC relationships within my circle of friends or to me personally. Woe be to the betrayer of me, for the recompense of griefing will be felt by thee. Lol I just made that up..... Medieval sounding, isn't it?
I recall Ryan Dancey eluding to his near acceptance of "griefing the griefers."
Ps. If your backyard / settlement ends up in the swamplands, you will have little to fear from my visiting. I'm allergic to Mosquitos and hate gnats.

I had an unfortunate and traumatic relationship with a certain Named Boss shellfish for about 4 years (Ill just say the RNG was very hurtful and cruel to me /sadface). So Im not fond of the evil little things either. I mean there is banditry, and then there is being a shellfish. I think we all know which to be the more evil of the two.

Obviously being a shellfish bandit is the most evil.
TEO will be having a meeting August 2nd.
There is both a public and private topic on the meeting. Any input would be welcome.

I am planning on attending with at least two of my Council members. We will be prepared to discuss openly our individual opinions on the topics of Banditry, SADs and striking the proper balance between playing the "bad guys" and still supporting a positive server community.
As for the UNC actually laying out what our policy will be on those subjects, probably not at this time and maybe never. It is not that it is secret or anything like that. We just feel that as a Chaotic company, supporting individual freedom of action is more inline with what we are all about.

I am doing my best to be there. I missed the last "meeting" because of work so we will see what happens next weekend LOL. I look forward to discussing things and hoping that everyone, UNC included, keeps and open mind and looks at things not just from their own perspective, but each other's as well. That way we can understand better where the other person is coming from.

Where is this meeting being held at, I may try to show up and represent The Bloody Hand
I believe on the TEO Teamspeakserver, unless i missed something ;)
In order to setup up the Teamspeak you will need to:1. Download Teamspeak 3.
2. Create a bookmark for: 216.52.148.11:4450
- Label the server: The Empyrean Order
- Nickname yourself with the name you intend to use for your in-game character.
Or probably your Paizo-forum name
- No password is required at this time, but you will need an admin to set you up to access most channels.
3. Once in a channel, if you need help configuring your sound feel free to use the text chat at the bottom of the Teamspeak.Meetings:
We have regular meetings on our Teamspeak channel, so we can get to know one another and everyone gets a chance to discuss our decisions and the direction we're going.
