Unique angels advanced to the status of demigods. Sort of good counterparts to the arch devils and demon lords.
You can always go to the Pathfinderwiki page to find out more about Empyreal lords.

if you were a C/N or C/E martial artist. i would have said that a 'human' follower of Rovagug would be fun. seeing the Tarrasque as the embodiment of perfection, and seeking to become a better Tarrasque by further detaching yourself from humanity and performing progressively increasing acts of cruelty and immorality to become more monstrous.

Also, a list of lawful good deities, if you like. Here's neutral good and lawful neutral too.
Asides from the obvious Irori (who really is a great idea for a good monk), here's a few other ideas...
Shizuru would be great for a temple-sword monk.
Tsukiyo would be great for a monk with a spiritual bent like with the Ghost Ki-Mystic of Quing-Gong archetypes, in my opinion, or perhaps a Four Winds. Soralyon would work for the latter two, as well. The latter two would also work well with Erecura, though she's a rather hard sell for good guys because of her diabolic alliance... but that's excellent RP material.
Iomedae works for an extremely honorable monk who seeks enlightenment in order to destroy evil. Dranngvit can work well with this warrior-focused style too.
Folgrit would make a great patron for the Healing Hand archetype.
Apsu makes tremendous sense for a peaceful monk who uses violence only as a necessary 'evil', as does Korada.
Andoletta is perfect for the no-nonsense 'wandering wiseman' type monk.
Kurgess and Trudd both would be a great patron of somone focused on physical perfection or might.
Alseta would be a fascinating patron for one of the immortal archetype monks, as would Aroden for very different reasons (even though and especially because he's dead).
Finally, Kols would work well for guardian types or those who have codes, honors, or vows to uphold.
If you were in the Golarion defined in my Kingmaker game, I'd wholeheartedly suggest Erastil (perhaps with the zen archer archetype), as my character - the king - has worked hard to establish magical schools, monasteries, and saintly orders to Erastil to increase his faith and worship. Of course, you could also choose my character, Minharath, who's slowly becoming worshiped as a god (called the "Lord of Life", "Foe of Death", "Immortal One", and so on), though I probably wouldn't recommend trying to sell that to your GM. :) IMPORTANT NOTE: he doesn't claim to be a god... yet, because he's not and he is lawful good. But that hasn't stopped people from organizing worship around him due to his seemingly limitless ability to bring back the dead. Needless to say he walks a fine line around Pharasma and carefully honors her, too.
