Round 1 Question - Construction Spell Sources

I know it is mentioned somewhere on the RPG Superstar page but cannot for the life of me find it. Are spells from other Pathfinder publications aside from the Core Rulebook (Such as the Advanced Players Guide) allowed as source spells for magic item construction?

Yes. In fact, it's often considered a good sign of design chops to use such new spells, though certainly not required.
