Versatile channeling as a worshiper if Gorum?

Does the prerequisite for a neutral god in versatile channeling mean the god had to be true neutral or just not be good or evil? Gorum is a CN god, can his clerics take the feat?

Versatile Channeler: "Prerequisites: Channel energy class feature, necromancer or neutrally aligned cleric (see below)."

(below)
"Note: This feat only applies to necromancers, neutral clerics who worship neutral deities, or neutral clerics who do not worship a deity—characters who have the channel energy class ability and have to make a choice to channel positive or negative energy at 1st level. Clerics whose alignment or deity makes this choice for them cannot select this feat."

The note makes it fairly clear that it hinges on whether you had a choice at level 1 to channel positive or negative. A CN or N cleric of Gorum would have had to make that choice, and thus can be eligible for Versatile Channeler. (A CG cleric of Gorum would channel positive energy by default, and cannot take the feat)

Yep had a NG person in our game use this one to bust out this feat so that she could channel both energy types. Just need to be some sort of neutral in order to take it.

Actually I don't think a NG cleric would be eligible... as they never had to choose to channel positive or negative (NG clerics automatically channel positive regardless of deities actual alignment).
