Can I actually benefit from Touch of Chaos? Or is it only for my party's benefit?

Rules Questions

The cleric's Chaos domain grants Touch of Chaos, which is a debuff that lasts for one round:

Quote:
Touch of Chaos (Sp): You can imbue a target with chaos as a melee touch attack. For the next round, anytime the target rolls a d20, he must roll twice and take the less favorable result. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.

Does this mean that by the time it's my turn on the next round, the effect has just worn off?

Well, if an enemy attacks you, and misses because they needed to roll twice, then technically you benefit from it there.

Are you thinking more along the lines of saving throws, I guess?

Ah, yeah, I was thinking of using it as part of a saving throw debuff. Didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to benefit from it. It's still a great domain, especially with Protean's 8th level ability, but would be awesome if I could find a way to prolong the effect, whether through feats or items or spell or something.
